Service:
We offer Weekly and Bi-weekly lawn services. Please be advised that most yards will not look their best (in season) with less than
a weekly service. For your lawns healthiest appearance, we recommend our COMPLETE SERVICE PACKAGE.
Basic service:
Includes mowing front and back yard with commercial mulching mowers. Edging along sidewalks and driveway with a steel
blade, line trim out flower beds, A/C units and any area not accessible with a mower. Blow sidewalks, driveway, decks and patio
areas clean.
Complete Service:
Includes 41 mowing visits to your property, with an average billing system for a 12 month period. The following services are
included: Basic mowing, hedge trimming, weed control x 2 and fertilization x 4. Contract required.
Bi-Weekly Service:
Bi-weekly service is available for an extra $5.00 per trip. With this mowing service we may have to mow your yard on a higher
mower setting due to too much growth. Excessive grass accumulation, clumping, or uneven cut may occur with a bi-weekly
mowing. We can not send our team back to the property for any complaints regarding the issues mentioned above.

Mowing Season:
Our mowing season starts the first week in March and ends the second week in November. Customers that sign up for weekly
services can choose to go bi-weekly for the first and last month of the season without paying the extra $5 per service.
Payment:
Invoices will be sent out on the 1st of each month. Payments must be received in our office by the 15th. A late fee of $15.00 will be
added to next months bill, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Mow Day:
Team Bowman works Monday thru Friday. We work certain areas on certain days. You will have an assigned mow day. We follow
the same route every week. You will notice we arrive about the same time each week. However, as we add customers it may
change, so we will not guarantee a time of day. Sometimes we work until 7 PM. If your yard is not mowed by 5 pm please
remember we will be there.
Gates:
If your gate is locked, it will need to be a combination lock or you must leave your gate unlocked on your scheduled service day. If
your gate is locked or your dog is in the backyard we will knock on your door. If there is no answer we will service the front and
sides only. We will not issue a refund or send our team back out due to a locked gate or dogs in the backyard. Team Bowman's
crew is very careful about closing and locking gates. However, we do not guarantee a pet will not escape from the yard.
Yard Debris:
Team Bowman does ask you to have your yard ready for mowing service on your scheduled day. Please have all areas free of
debris (i.e., toys, pet waste, rocks, roll up garden hoses, etc.) When hit by a lawn mower, objects like these can be hazardous to
our workers and others. Serious damage may occur to your property, our equipment or Team Bowman's crew.
Watering:
Do not water your lawn the day of or the day before you are scheduled for service. This may contribute to mud or difficult mowing
conditions.
Rain:
Team Bowman always tries to finish our routes. However, if it is pouring rain all day on your scheduled day we will resume our
normal routine the first clear day. We do mow in wet conditions. If you think your yard is to wet for us to mow please contact us to
skip that service.
Skips:
You may need to skip a mowing service for some reason (backyard project, rain, etc.) Team Bowman allows two skips per
season. If you contact us to skip a mowing service, please remember your original schedule will not be altered. It will be 1 or 2
weeks for your next mowing.
Complaints:
If Team Bowman's work is not satisfactory or you think we did not show up, we do not give credits. We will send the team back to
re mow with no additional charges, either the same day or the next day if you call or email a short courteous request within 24
hours of your service! If you do not notify us within 24 hours we consider the work completed to your satisfaction for that trip. We
will also speak with our team about the complaint prior to the next service date.
