Lawn Care Contract: This contract is effective as of ____________________________. This lawn care service contract is between Team Bowman
Lawn and Landscape, located at 302 Lake Ridge Rd. Lakeside, TX 76108, which will be referred to as “Team Bowman Lawn and Landscape” and

who is referred to as the “Owner” in this contract.
1. Team Bowman Lawn and Landscape will service the lawn of the owner approximately 41 times during the
lawn service year 2006 – 2007. Service of the first year will began on ________________________ and continues through
__________________________.
A service can include but is not limited to: grass cutting, weed eating, edging of the driveway and sidewalks, grass removal from driveway and sidewalks.
Complete fall and spring leaf cleanup can be completed for an additional cost of $__________ and will be billed separate.
Any additional services will be billed separately and written up separately to this contract. (i.e. clean up after a storm, planting flowers, putting in mulch,
cleanup of leaves out of flowerbeds, etc.)
2. Owner will pay $__________________ per month for 12 consecutive months. The service will be billed on or about the 1st of each month and is due
and payable by the 15th of the same month.
3. Either party may cancel this contract with a thirty (30) days written notice mailed to the party at the address listed in this contract. During this thirty
(30) day period, lawn service will continue at the normal rated agreed upon under this contract.
Upon cancellation any money due for services performed up and until that date shall be due within 10 days of the finial visit for services made by Team
Bowman Lawn and Landscape.
4. The term of this contract will be on-going from year to year. If there is any change in the service fees from year to year you will be notified in writing
30 days before the date of such an increase.
5. Any amount past due under this contract will be charged $15.00 per month for anything past due over thirty (30) days. This amount will be added to
the amount normally due under this contract. Once you are past due thirty (30) days or more we reserve the right to stop service.
6. This contract when signed constitutes the full and complete agreement between the parties hereto.
